Linda Hearns is the City-wide Director for Restorative Justice in NYC public schools. She has decades of experience transforming school culture to support more compassionate and equitable spaces for NYC's inner-city youth. She has a passion for supporting the most under-served populations and is passionate about creating psychologically safe spaces where all humans have an opportunity to be their most authentic selves and thrive.
