One such leader comes from the place you’d least expect – the U.S. prison system. Former warden Jackie Crawford has cracked the code on transforming toxic prison cultures and is shifting the narrative on what true leadership looks like.

Her bold approach has consistently shut down officer abuse of power, gang violence, and political warfare all by doing one powerful thing – helping people transcend “Us vs. Them” mindsets.
