Bio

Charmin Leon is a Senior Director at the Center for Policing Equity. She has over a decade of experience in the justice field, with a wide range of perspectives. She has served as a Police Seargent with the Cleveland Division of Police, a home detention officer, a victims advocate, and today focuses on developing partnerships between communities and  the police for more compassionate and equitable outcomes.
